N Mccullum & J Oram ensured Victory for NZ| SL 135/6 | NZ 139/8 (19.5) (8.1 over) | ICC World T20 | match 1

New Zealand beat Sri Lanka by 2 wickets.Sri Lanka winning the toss elected to bat first and restricted on 135 for 6 in their allocated 20 overs. New Zealand bowlers were up to the task right from the beginning. Nathan Mccullum, part time spinner were put on ball to open the innings. He just gave 2 runs from his first over. It indicated the slow wicket nature of the pitch and also indicated the low scoring match. Zimbabwe upset Pakistan | Zimbabwe beat Pakistan by 11 runs | ICC World T20

Zimbabwe beat Pakistan by 11 runs in the warm up match of ICC World T20 world cup. Winning the toss Pakistan put Zimbabwe on to bat. Zimbabwe started casually and once it was looking like a very bad score. But, two good innings from Charles Coventry and Elton Chigambura reach Zimbabwe in a respectable total where they had at least something to depend on. Chigambura scored 49 from 34 balls and Coventry scored 30 from 19 balls. Chasing a simple total of 143 runs Pakistan was never been to the task. They lose their wickets very frequently. Zimbabwe upset Australia

AUS VS ZIM | ICC World Twenty20 Warm-up Matches

Zimbabwe made a big upset by beating world's cricket giant Australia in the warm up match of ICC World T20. Batting first Zimbabwe scored 173 runs by depending on the wing of Elton Chigambura who played an exclusive innings of 76 runs from just 35 balls. Chasing this respected total Warner and Clarke were up to the mark right from the beginning. But Australian just missed to manage 172 runs. They managed to score 171 runs by 7 wickets. Bangladesh beat Barbados in ICC World Twenty20 Warm-up Match at Kingstone Oval. Bangladesh made a respectable total of 166 for 5 in their allocated 20 over. Opener Imrul Kayesh played an outstanding innings of 57 from just 35 balls.
